Integrated Solutions Group was retained by Newell Development to provide consulting services on their latest multifamily project located in the Arts District of Bentonville. On a monthly basis, ISG walks the site to capture imagery of the project construction process. We utilize this data to document the percentage of completion of the project as it pertains to payment applications submitted by the General Contractor.

Each pay app is signed (if approved) and is accompanied by a detailed report covering each aspect of the construction process reflecting the validity of the pay application.

This service protects the client and the financial institution involved in the project.
