A three story business center with Class A offices, conference rooms and meeting spaces. The use of additional glazing, customized controls, expansive deck areas and energy efficient systems are just a few of the highlights of this building.
Renovation of an existing warehouse into corporate office space, design studio and retail spaces. The use of skylights, clear stories with light shelves and efficient lighting system are just a few of the unique features. This project is seeking LEED Platinum certification.
FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF NWA
The owner’s desire was to construct a building that did not look like a bank. This has been achieved through the use of art venues, exposed concrete with Colorado River aggregate, custom office furniture from local makers, reclaimed wood and a working overhead garage door.
28 SPRINGS RESTAURANT
Renovation of an existing 1950’s car dealership into a quality dining experience. This restaurant features an open kitchen design, large specialty bar, glass wine storage and architectural ceiling clouds. The team incorporated LED to provide lasting accent lighting solutions and a control system to provide ambiance.
