Working on this one-of- a-kind building was a great experience. The owner of the building was looking for assistance in helping them build out their vision for the space. We began by understanding the owner requirements, selecting a design and construction team, facilitating the process of collaborative design and then helping execute the construction of the space. We also provided lighting design that fit the design aesthetics of the space at a fraction of the original lighting package.

We are currently working with the owner to recruit the proper tenants for multiple buildings in a downtown revitalization area. This has been a labor of love as we’ve met some amazing people, collaborated on several ideas as we continue to narrow down our focus to achieve the right tenant mix. Our hope is that we will begin facilitating an integrated design process for the buildings very soon.

Undertaking their first large project from ground up, led this ownership team to seek our services in selecting the right design team. Once the team was put together, ISG facilitated the design process to make for an efficient and effective design. We also oversaw some of the construction process and provided lighting design as well for this project. We recently selected the design team and facilitated a collaborative design charrette to complete a conceptual master plan for a new location as well.
